TryMitali · Legal & privacy
Terms of Service
Effective date: October 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of TryMitali, a workspace for planning, generating, previewing, and exporting mobile application projects. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your location and provide accurate account information. TryMitali currently uses Google for sign-in. Keep your account secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The workspace is provided as an online software service. Features, limits, and availability can change. We will give notice of material changes where required by law.
2. Your projects and connected providers
You retain your rights in the prompts, source files, app designs, and other materials you submit or create, subject to rights you already grant to your providers. You authorize TryMitali to host, process, scan, back up, and display those materials only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
When you connect OpenAI, Expo, Supabase, or another provider, that provider’s own terms and privacy notices also apply. You control those accounts and are responsible for their charges, permissions, and resources. TryMitali does not create or manage your external provider account on your behalf unless a feature expressly says so.
3. AI output and responsibility
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or similar to output provided to others. Review and test code, permissions, database policies, migrations, dependencies, and generated content before using it with real users or data. You are responsible for deciding whether output is fit for your purpose and for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights.
The service does not provide legal, security, financial, medical, or other professional advice. A preview or validation result is not a certification or guarantee that an app is production-ready.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use TryMitali to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems, bypass safeguards, expose another person’s secrets or data, or create harmful content. Do not upload material you lack permission to use. Do not attempt to access another user’s projects, credentials, or account.
We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant records, restrict features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or comply with law.
5. Fees, suspension, and termination
TryMitali workspace subscription charges are not currently collected through this service. Any fee for a future paid feature will be shown before purchase and governed by the terms presented at checkout. OpenAI, Expo, Supabase, and other providers may charge you directly under their own terms.
You may end your use by deleting your account in Dashboard → Security. Account deletion is permanent and removes TryMitali account records and stored project source as described in the Account Termination Policy. It does not delete resources in external provider accounts. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal necessity, or security reasons, with notice where practical and required.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, TryMitali and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Any liability cap must be completed and reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction before publication; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or law. The current version and effective date appear here. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required.
Questions or legal notices: contact the operator using the details below. Governing law and venue are determined by the operator’s establishment and applicable mandatory consumer-protection law; the operator’s jurisdiction must be completed before launch.
