Account Termination Policy

Sign in and open Dashboard → Security → Permanently delete account. You must confirm the action by entering the displayed phrase. Deletion may be temporarily unavailable while generation, a cloud build, or file scanning is active; finish or cancel that work and try again.

After storage cleanup succeeds, the service removes your TryMitali profile, projects, project source archives and versions, conversations, integration credentials, build and preview records, uploads, usage records, and other account-owned workspace records. A minimal deletion/security audit record may remain to document the action and protect the service.

If private storage cleanup fails, deletion is not completed and the service reports that you should retry. Backups and disaster-recovery copies may take time to expire under the operator’s retention schedule and may remain inaccessible for ordinary use during that period.

Deleting TryMitali does not delete your Google, OpenAI, Expo, or Supabase accounts, projects, databases, builds, or billing records. It also cannot retract data already processed by a provider. Revoke TryMitali’s authorization in the provider’s own account settings and contact that provider for deletion requests concerning its records.

We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, legal requirements, or an operational shutdown. Where practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export your source before access ends. We may preserve limited records necessary for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

For help with account closure or a privacy request, contact the operator using the details below. Mandatory rights to erasure and data portability are not limited by this policy.
