Refund Policy

TryMitali does not currently collect subscription or usage payments through the workspace. There are therefore no TryMitali subscription fees to refund at this time. If a paid plan or one-time purchase is introduced, its price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before you confirm the purchase.

You connect and use your own provider accounts. Charges for OpenAI API usage, Expo/EAS services, Supabase, cloud storage, or other providers are billed by those providers under their own billing terms. Contact the provider directly about refunds, credits, invoices, or disputes for those charges. Deleting your TryMitali account does not cancel or refund a provider subscription.

Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory refund, withdrawal, or cancellation rights under the laws that apply to you. Where a future TryMitali purchase is available, the checkout and order confirmation will describe any applicable cancellation period and how to request a refund. If you believe you were charged by TryMitali in error, contact the operator with the transaction date and reference; do not send full payment-card details.
