Any project-specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, or support terms may also be set out in a proposal, contract, statement of work, or platform-based agreement such as Upwork.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, services, or systems.

Website content is for general information only and does not create a binding offer. A service relationship begins only when both parties agree to project terms through a written agreement, accepted proposal, invoice, or freelance platform contract.

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms will be defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, or contract. Late payment may delay work, pause deliverables, or suspend support.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has been substantially performed.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, methods, frameworks, templates, know-how, and internal tools.

Subject to full payment, project-specific deliverables created for you may be licensed or assigned to you as described in your contract. Third-party tools and platforms remain subject to their own licenses.

Our work may involve third-party providers, APIs, platforms, or software. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or service interruptions outside our control.

We aim to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, lead volume, platform approval, automation uptime percentage, or uninterrupted availability unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

The website and any general information on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Try Mitali will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to the use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the event, unless a written contract states otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Try Mitali from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or materials and instructions you provide to us.

We will treat non-public business information shared with us as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide the agreed services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services if required by law, for security reasons, for non-payment, or for breach of these Terms or any project agreement.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement or Upwork contract, the signed agreement or platform contract will control for that project.
