Terms of Service

By creating an account and using AI Guest Concierge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AI Guest Concierge provides tools for short-term rental hosts to create AI-powered concierge experiences for their guests. The Service includes a web dashboard for hosts, a guest-facing concierge interface, AI chat, voice assistant, knowledge base management, and guest request tracking.

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• One organization is created per Google account on first sign-in.
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.

• A 14-day free trial is provided on registration. No credit card is required for the trial.
• Trial limits: 1 property, 500 AI messages per month.
• Paid plans (Starter: $29/month or $290/year; Pro: $79/month or $790/year) are billed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Exceeding message limits suspends AI responses until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Deceive or mislead guests.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Use the Service for any purpose unrelated to short-term rental guest communication.

You retain ownership of all content you add to the Service (property descriptions, knowledge base, images). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate any third-party rights.

The AI Concierge generates responses based on your knowledge base. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses. You are responsible for reviewing the knowledge base and ensuring the AI provides appropriate information to your guests.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Guest Concierge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
