Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines what you may and may not do with AI Guest Concierge. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

The Service is designed exclusively for:

• Short-term and vacation rental hosts setting up AI Concierge experiences for their guests.
• Property managers managing multiple rental properties.
• Any legitimate hospitality use where the concierge represents a real property and provides accurate information to guests.

You may not use the Service to:

• Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information to guests.
• Impersonate a person or organization you do not represent.
• Collect guest personal data for purposes beyond providing the concierge service.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models, embeddings, or platform code.
• Circumvent rate limits, message quotas, or authentication mechanisms.
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit.
• Resell access to the platform without written permission.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than short-term rental guest communication.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you add to knowledge base sections. Do not add content that:

• Includes personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Contains information that could harm guests (e.g., incorrect emergency contacts).
• Violates local regulations on rental property disclosures.

Violations of this AUP may result in account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy at our discretion.
