What cookies we use
AI Guest Concierge uses a minimal set of cookies, all strictly necessary for the Service to function.
- Session cookie (authjs.session-token or similar): Set by Auth.js v5 to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is HttpOnly and Secure. It expires when you close your browser or after a defined session period.
- CSRF cookie (authjs.csrf-token or similar): Set by Auth.js to prevent cross-site request forgery. Required for sign-in and sign-out actions.
What we do not use
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- No third-party analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics).
- No social media cookies.
- No persistent preference cookies beyond session management.
Guest concierge cookies
The guest-facing concierge interface (/g/[slug]) uses localStorage (not cookies) to store the guest's session token and language preference. This data stays on the guest's device and is not shared with third parties.
Managing cookies
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from signing in to the dashboard. The guest concierge will continue to work without cookies since it uses localStorage.
