Refund Policy

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. No charges are made during the trial period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until the end of that period.

• Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months. You retain access until the end of the billing period.
• Annual subscriptions: refunds for unused months may be available on a case-by-case basis if requested within 30 days of the annual charge.
• If the Service was unavailable due to a fault on our side for an extended period, a credit or prorated refund may be issued.
