Short-term rental hosting is mostly rewarding. But a nontrivial slice of every week is spent answering the same questions from guests — check-in codes, WiFi passwords, checkout times, local restaurant recommendations. Questions that are already written down somewhere. Questions that arrive at midnight.

We built AI Guest Concierge to handle that slice. The idea is simple: give every property a shareable link that guests can open in any browser, ask anything, and get an instant answer in their language — including by voice. No app download. No chatbot that sounds like a chatbot.

The knowledge base is yours. The AI knows your property and nothing else. It won't hallucinate answers about your house rules or invent a check-out time you didn't set.
